Develop continuous improvement plans and operator development programs **DB Soluciones is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER in Tultitlán, State of Mexico** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- OPERATIONS MANAGER Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS AND WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL OCCASIONALLY Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position Responsibilities: * Lead teams, supervise, motivate, and train operational staff while managing shifts and productivity * Daily capacity planning based on customer requirements * Monitor and control KPIs: Customers, Drivers, Suppliers, Vehicles, Supplies, Expenses * Ensure compliance with fleet management plan * Ensure compliance with vehicle fleet maintenance plan * Ensure optimal fuel and urea consumption performance per vehicle type * Track and execute fleet pending tasks (checklists and reports to Maintenance Department) * Supervise anti-doping and breathalyzer testing * Develop operator development plans * Create and implement operational protocols * Develop continuous improvement plans focused on resource optimization (fleet utilization, fuel and urea efficiency) * Generate payroll pre-reporting, bonuses, extraordinary expenses, penalties, and client-specific trip reports * Conduct interviews for operator candidates * Make daily operational decisions to guarantee the previously described objective.
