**We are looking for an Operations Assistant Manager at: Plaza Altabrisa Mérida** ***What qualifications do you need?*** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. * Education: Completed bachelor's degree; candidate must be either a recent graduate or already certified. (**MANDATORY**) * Minimum of 2 years’ current or recent experience as a Store Manager, Branch Supervisor, Store Team Leader, Department Head, Branch Assistant Manager, or similar position (preferably in the retail industry — e.g., cinemas, restaurants, entertainment centers, supermarkets, convenience stores, department stores, or similar). ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Monitoring and achieving KPIs / performance indicators. * Managing a team of 15–20 employees. * Assigning and supervising staff activities. * Managing and controlling monthly inventory. * Opening and closing the store. * Implementing sales strategies. * Preparing sales reports. * Addressing and resolving customer and employee complaints. * Cash register closings and cash counts. * Managing and monitoring operational and administrative activities at the branch. ***We offer:*** * Gross base salary of **$14,000 per month** * Commission scheme * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payroll (every other Tuesday) * Payroll processed via Santander ***Work Schedule:*** * Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (Tuesday or Thursday) * 8 working hours plus 1 hour for lunch Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Application Question(s): * What is your highest level of education completed? * Are you interested in the gross salary of $14,000 (before taxes)?
