Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and resolve claims, supervise suppliers and drivers, and provide training on logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end claims management and supplier monitoring. 2. Training and auditing of suppliers and drivers. 3. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * Reside near the station. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Willingness to travel across the city. * Personal vehicle. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitoring of created claims. * Supplier prospecting and contracting. * Monitoring of closed claims. * Monitoring of drivers with the highest number of violations. * Monitoring of response time. * Resolution and follow-up of CSP/DSP CS claims. * Clarification of penalties and returns. * Monitoring of non-moving inventory. * Monitoring of losses. * Notification of collections. * Conflict resolution with suppliers. * Coverage of team leader advisory support. * Virtual training for suppliers or team leaders. * On-site supplier audits. * In-person training visits for suppliers and drivers. * Improvement visits for suppliers and hubs. * Development of supporting materials for process training. * Fraud investigation.
