Product promotion and special offers. ***PHARMACY MULTIFUNCTIONAL STAFF*** **Job Mission:** Ensure sales by delivering excellent customer attitude and service through adherence to protocols and operational procedures both on the sales floor and at the counter; promote the diversity of pharmacy products offered, ensuring a pleasant and clean environment. Responsibilities: * Sales and customer service * Conduct blind inventory at the start of each work shift according to service standards and protocols * Locate out-of-stock items via the system in other branches to provide better customer service * Open cash register and ensure correct application of service protocols and operational procedures * Assign home delivery orders to the appropriate courier to guarantee timely delivery of requested products * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, featured offers, and star products, mentioning them during sales and secondary sales efforts * Open the pharmacy daily on time to ensure customers receive service in a clean environment with proper sales processes * Register attendance and departure using biometric systems to avoid payroll issues related to absences or tardiness * Hand over cash drawer for end-of-day reconciliation, shortages, and overages * Contribute to fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and courteous workplace environment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,500.00 \- $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
