Due to portfolio expansion, we are seeking a Home-Based Credit and Collections Officer. **Primary Function:** Contact customers at their residences to inform them about the discounts offered by the bank to achieve account resolution. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Verbal fluency and customer interaction skills * Minimum secondary education * Familiarity with the city and surrounding areas * Personal motorcycle and valid driver's license (Desirable; if unavailable, we will provide one) * Experience in collections or fieldwork * Taxpayer Status Certificate * Legal age **WE OFFER:** * Base net salary of $9,500.00 monthly (biweekly payments with statutory increases) + productivity-based commissions! * Bimonthly fuel and maintenance support (consumables) for the motorcycle * Paid training * Statutory benefits from day one (social security, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, etc.) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off **Location:** Near Cantaritos Chuburná **DON’T HESITATE — JOIN US TODAY!!** -------------------------------------------------
