This position requires an organized individual with strong responsiveness and follow-up capabilities, able to detect abnormal situations, generate reports, and maintain constant communication with various departments to ensure proper operations and protocol compliance. We seek a candidate capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining operational control at all times. Key Responsibilities: * Continuous monitoring of systems, cameras, GPS, or operational platforms. * Incident tracking and report generation. * Event logging and logbook updates. * Communication with operators, supervisors, or other internal departments. * Detection and reporting of anomalies or protocol violations. * Monitoring of routes, timelines, and operational movements. * Information validation and process control. * Escalation of incidents when necessary. * Preparation of operational and administrative reports. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Prior experience as a monitor, operational assistant, or in a similar role. * Basic/intermediate computer skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication and follow-up skills. * Organized and responsible.
