Constant communication with drivers and support during road incidents **Job Description: Monitoring Operator** **Requirements:** \*Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree. \*Minimum one year of experience in this position. \*Proficiency in operating 360-degree cameras and GPS systems. \*Familiarity with GPS platforms. \*Knowledge of national highways and major roads in the country. \*Coordination with authorities via emergency numbers 911 and 088 in case of accidents. \*Customer service: coordination and tracking with drivers. \*Understanding of freight transportation logistics. \*Prompt response to alerts. **Responsibilities:** Monitoring freight transportation vehicles using satellite-based platforms. Assisting drivers with navigation on major national highways. Coordination with authorities Customer service **Main Activities:** * Real-time GPS-based vehicle monitoring * Route and transit time tracking * Detection and reporting of deviations, unauthorized stops, and risk events * Constant communication with drivers and operational staff * Support during road incidents (theft, mechanical failures, delays) * Preparation of trip reports and logs * Compliance with safety protocols and emergency response procedures \*Weekly payment via Banorte or Banregio. \*Savings fund: 5% \*24 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). \*Vacation bonus: 30% \*Annual bonus: 18 days' salary.
