Monitoring Assistant HH Transporte, a leader in the land cargo transportation sector with nationwide presence and over 200 state-of-the-art units specialized in container hauling and dry van services, is looking for your talent. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics. Responsibilities: * Ensure effective communication as well as compliance with agreed-upon schedules with clients. * Confirm route initiation with the operator and arrival at the client’s location via established communication channels. * Detect and report, through platform tracking scans, route deviations or unauthorized stops, signal loss, or any abnormal situation. * Maintain an up-to-date tracking log and notify the Security Department of any incidents occurring during transit. * Send reports to clients on a recurring basis, verifying that the information is accurate, precise, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
