Microsoft Operations Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Core Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support and govern enterprise Microsoft 365 services and SaaS platforms within a global IT environment. This role is focused on operational excellence, security, compliance, platform governance, and service reliability. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and support Microsoft 365 services including collaboration, productivity, security, and identity management * Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root\-cause analysis, and service optimization * Manage SaaS applications including user provisioning, license administration, access control, and lifecycle management * Maintain governance, compliance, and operational standards across M365 and SaaS platforms * Support integrations between enterprise SaaS tools and Microsoft 365 * Coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities following ITIL practices * Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable and secure operations * Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities Requirements: * Experience administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments * Strong knowledge of identity management, access control, and security policies within M365 * Experience managing SaaS platforms and vendor\-supported applications * Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational governance * Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills * Experience with PowerShell or automation scripting is a plus * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS interoperability is preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Experience: * Microsoft 365: 4 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narvarte Poniente, CDMX
