Mission
* Build close commercial relationships with micro and small customers of the Traditional Channel to foster their growth and capture maximum market opportunities—aligned with company policies—through store development, growth, and strengthening activities that ensure proper execution, improved service, and capitalization of new business opportunities, ultimately resulting in higher volume, profitability, and market leadership for the company.
Responsibilities
* Commercially develop assigned micro and small customers of the Traditional Channel by promoting sales of products, brands, and packaging—enabling them to meet the sales quotas set for promoters and telesales agents—while growing customers and achieving higher sales volume, profitability, and point-of-sale leadership.
* Negotiate correct activation of the defined 'Success Photo' for these customers and coverage of mandatory packaging, aiming for profitable growth of both customers and the organization.
* Supervise achievement of business indicators jointly with the team to support attainment of company objectives.
* Advise assigned customers on best commercial practices for optimal business development.
* Manage resources allocated to the customer group to maximize sales and execution benefits.
* Train the promoter team on best market practices and value-based dialogues.
* Motivate the promoter team to achieve their goals and encourage their professional development within the company.
* Analyze sales, execution, and market share data for the assigned customer group.
Requirements
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
* Sales experience (3 years), Operations experience (3 years).
Knowledge
* Office & Windows (Advanced).
* Market Development knowledge (Advanced).
* Market Execution knowledge (Advanced).
* Sales Service Models (RTM) (Advanced).
* Sales Techniques (Advanced).
