**Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or related field) * English: 50% * Availability for shift work and flexibility in schedule. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of personnel management experience * Lean manufacturing * Knowledge of sewing in the automotive industry (preferred) **Knowledge and Responsibilities:** * Toyota Production System (TPS) * Problem analysis and resolution tools * Root cause analysis * Human resource management * 5 S's in the workplace * Kaizen * Compliance with daily production schedule * Achievement of internal and external quality targets * Monitoring, control, classification, and disposition of scrap * Implementation and monitoring of countermeasures and follow-up on results * Daily absenteeism control and planning based on production plans * Clear communication of objectives and goals to the work team * Completion of established forms and metrics in compliance with IATF 16949:2016\. * Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015\.
