Material and spare parts management and supplier coordination **Description** **Maintenance Supervisor** **Profile:*** Education: Mechanical Engineer / Electronics Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer / Related degree. * Availability to work flexible hours. **Main Job Responsibilities:*** Responsible for the technical staff comprising the maintenance department. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to continuously improve the capacity of machinery and equipment constituting production lines. * Coordinate requirements for materials, consumables, and spare parts according to the maintenance schedule. * Prepare departmental reports for the Maintenance Manager. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding equipment maintenance. * Implement and monitor corrective actions as well as appropriate preventive actions to reduce and eliminate downtime. **Required Experience:*** Over three years as a supervisor in the maintenance area, preferably in the automotive industry. **Competencies:*** Results-oriented to achieve objectives. * Personnel management. * Decision-making, results-oriented, proactive. **Skills and Knowledge:*** Electronics, electricity, control systems, PLC programming, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics. * Proficiency in developing PLC programs, monitoring and detecting faults in control equipment (PLCs, drives, relay-based control, power control), reading diagrams, using diagnostic equipment, and operating PCs and MS Office. **Offerings:*** Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
