Job Summary: PILOTEA is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance team, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance of the vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise maintenance and claims activities 2. Ensure the mechanical and aesthetic condition of the fleet 3. This role is critical for supervising and managing the maintenance team to ensure vehicle efficiency and optimal operation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, plan, assign, and supervise maintenance and claims activities * Authorize repairs and administer budgets * Ensure the mechanical and aesthetic condition of the fleet * Measure and monitor departmental KPIs * Adhere to maintenance schedules * Ensure fleet availability * Manage relationships with external repair shops **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, TSU, or equivalent (mandatory) * Minimum experience managing \+1,500 vehicles * Minimum 5 years of experience managing maintenance teams and fleets * Knowledge of automotive repair shops, fleet maintenance, and claims handling * Leadership, negotiation, and budget control skills * Flexible working hours * Willingness to travel * Familiarity with MTTR indicator * Payroll account with BBVA **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions * Utility vehicle * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life insurance * Enhanced vacation scheme * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * LOCATION: San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León Join our team and contribute to PILOTEA’s success with your expertise and skills in automotive maintenance.
