Route optimization and productivity Senior Operations Supervisor – Last Mile Objective: Lead last-mile operations to ensure SLA compliance (≥95%), cost control, operational safety, and service excellence. Responsibilities * Direct sorting, routing, and dispatch processes. * Manage operational and unionized personnel. * Optimize routes and productivity. * Ensure 0% lost items and 0% accidents. * Monitor operational KPIs and cost per shipment. * Activate contingency plans in response to deviations. Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 3 years of experience in logistics/parcel delivery (last-mile experience mandatory). * Experience leading operational and unionized teams. * Proficiency in KPI management and Excel-based analysis. * Experience in routing and fleet management.
