




Job Summary: Verify and report route reconciliations to ensure package traceability, prevent theft, and support general administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prevent package theft 2. Ensure item traceability 3. Monitor fuel efficiency **Position Objective** Verify and report route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure packages’ entry and exit from vehicles and the corporate platform, thereby maintaining full traceability and preventing package theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. **Job Functions or Activities** * Execute route reconciliations. Verify that all routes departing/arriving at the COP reflect identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the driver signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. * Obtain information on items with reconciliation discrepancies in package handling. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the driver, and require immediate delivery of that item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. * Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status record on the platform. * Analyze fuel efficiency for TR2\ routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low efficiency). To provide data to the supervisor to prevent misuse and fuel theft. * Report reconciliation results and fuel efficiency audit outcomes to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits.
