LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE Mexicali Branch Completed High School Responsibilities: PRIMARY responsibility: PICK, BILL, and PACK orders * Expedite order picking according to Apymsa’s established processes, ensuring optimal delivery times and enhancing customer service. * Pick orders for local or out-of-town branches by continuously monitoring orders requested at the branch, using provided tools to ensure compliance with delivery time policies. * Confirm delivery addresses, ensuring every order has an assigned address; request necessary configurations and coordinate delivery routes by delivery zones to guarantee timely customer deliveries and achieve an optimal delivery route that enables motorcycle couriers to return for additional deliveries in less time. * Retain invoices and documents collected from customers during deliveries, classify and organize these documents, and deliver them daily to the Credit and Collections department for inclusion in their daily cutoff, thereby ensuring accurate operational closing. * Document and report process anomalies by completing data sheets, sending emails, and escalating issues to the immediate supervisor to identify process failures and contribute to continuous improvement. * Direct courier orders to the Blue Go platform. * Assist with general cleaning activities at the Branch, maintaining organization and cleanliness at all times.
