Job Summary: Responsible for the proper operation, coordination, and organization of the logistics department, personnel management, customer and supplier relations, and order supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in logistics, receiving, and product distribution. 2. Management of personnel, customers, and suppliers. 3. Development of strategies to reduce costs across the value chain. Personal vehicle preferred. Required Knowledge: Logistics Engineering degree (preferred) or related field, with knowledge of logistics and warehousing. Proficiency in information analysis, administrative and operational reporting. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, and personnel supervision. Performance indicators and contract management with suppliers; warehouse, inventory, and ISO-9001 process and procedure knowledge. Job Objective: Responsible for the proper operation, coordination, and organization of the logistics area, receiving and distribution of Lumiservicios products, personnel, customer and supplier management, as well as timely and accurate supervision of merchandise orders. Experience: Distribution logistics. Order preparation, with proficiency in office software. Systematic and methodical planning and organization. Teamwork, and knowledge and handling of inventories. Basic knowledge of Incoterms and inventory management. Responsibilities: * Responsible for all incoming and outgoing products (including returns, handling of customer and supplier claims); ensuring timely delivery under required conditions and full traceability. * Management of transportation fleet and resolution of any issues or incidents arising during logistics operations (including accidents). * Picking process and correct product packaging. * Fuel and mileage control of vehicles. * Development of cost-reduction strategies based on value chain analysis. * Responsible for raw material receipt. * Coordination with Purchasing, Administration, and Warehouse departments — highly important. * Vehicle maintenance. * Supervision of driver and assistant personnel.
