Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive leader to review, manage, and monitor equipment-related processes for electrical projects, with a focus on optimizing deliveries and supplier management. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, ODOO, VS Control, etc.) and Office applications. iC energy is looking for a leadership-oriented, passionate, and analytical professional to review, manage, and monitor the acceptance, manufacturing, and on-site delivery processes of key equipment comprising electrical projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze optimal methods for importing equipment. * Analyze and track on-time delivery performance indicators. * Develop and standardize supply schedules. * Establish communication channels with external clients. * Establish communication channels with suppliers. * Coordinate follow-up meetings with internal and external clients. * Conduct analyses to optimize on-site deliveries. * Perform supplier evaluations. * Ensure proper documentation control for all documents generated during the equipment supply phase. **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven experience of at least 2 years in electrical projects. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, ODOO, VS Control, etc.). * Strong leadership, proactivity, analytical thinking, teamwork, and accountability skills. * Innovative, results-oriented profile with a growth mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD (basic level), and MS Project (basic level). * Willingness to travel. * Planning and organizational capabilities.
