Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Line Lead Operator in manufacturing to lead nitrile glove production operations, coordinating teams and ensuring quality and safety on the shop floor. Enthusiasm for plant-floor work and results orientation. **Position: Line Lead Operator – Nitrile Gloves** We are a Mexican company specializing in dip-molded nitrile glove manufacturing, with our facility located in Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico. We operate with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Completed technical or high school education. * Minimum 3 years of shop-floor production experience. * At least 1 year leading operational staff (line leader, shift supervisor, junior supervisor). * Must have supervised at least 5 people. * Preferred experience in continuous processes (chemical, plastic, rubber, or similar). * Availability for rotating shifts. * Residence preferably within a 30–40 minute commute to Ecatepec. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the operation of a nitrile glove production line. * Coordinate operators and assistants to meet the shift-based production plan. * Monitor line and product parameters; adjust rollers and operating conditions when deviations occur. * Organize and supervise line and workspace cleaning, ensuring safety and order. * Verify proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules by team members. * Identify equipment failures and generate maintenance work orders for faults or improvements. * Maintain basic production records, scrap logs, downtime reports, and actions taken during the shift. **Behavioral Profile** * Hands-on leadership on the shop floor, respectful yet firm interpersonal approach. * Preference for working on the plant floor rather than in an office. * Responsible, punctual, and results-oriented.
