Professional development in the logistics field **Job Description:** Coordinate and execute land transportation operations, ensuring compliance with routes, delivery times, and service conditions according to the company's established quality and safety standards. **Objectives:** · Maintain monitoring to meet customer expectations · Retain the client portfolio · Maintain Diesel, HOS, and DOT metrics · Identify competitive business opportunities · Professional development in logistics **Key Responsibilities:** * Track scheduled deliveries and pickups, ensuring on-time performance * Use monitoring systems to track vehicles * Provide appropriate support to drivers and internal staff * Coordinate and adjust routes based on traffic, weather conditions, or incidents * Optimize resources: tractors, trailers, drivers, and empty miles * Maintain constant communication with drivers, providing support for in-transit incidents * Generate control reports * Provide clients with regular shipment status updates * Address customer requests, changes, or urgent needs **Requirements:** * Ability to create, interpret, and implement reports and metrics * Strong sense of prioritization * High sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork skills * Proficiency in corporate transportation systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Education**: Logistics Intern or Engineer / International Business Intern or Graduate * **Employment stability in previous jobs.** * **Experience**: 2 years in related fields * **Knowledge**: Intermediate or advanced English, Microsoft Office, Processes, Logistics.
