**Position Objective**

Analyze employee payroll by reviewing and verifying processes and calculations to ensure accurate payments to IMSS. Validate monthly and bimonthly payments, including entering medical leaves, affiliation changes, and INFONAVIT loans, to ensure correct payment processing. Possess theoretical and practical knowledge to correctly apply payroll incidents and SUA payments.**Key Responsibilities**

Onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications with IMSS: calculate Daily Integrated Salary (SDI) for onboarding and salary modifications in the system; manually calculate SDI to verify system accuracy; submit data to IMSS via LEVICOM application; identify offboardings in the system for submission to IMSS. Once IMSS accepts these movements, they are applied in SUA to generate monthly and bimonthly payments. Maintain control and historical records of these movements in Excel — Onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications with IMSS. 25% Prepare employer letters for employees requesting clarifications or services from IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Occupational Risk Premium: monitor and complete the occupational risk form; maintain a consolidated occupational risk log to track employee procedure completion and ensure complete information is available for accurate annual Occupational Risk Premium determination. Monitor and administer medical leaves: maintain a medical leave register, validating sequence and type for proper application in SAP and SUA. 25% Determine Salary Base for Contributions: understand IMSS procedures and regulations to manually calculate SDI and thereby verify system-calculated SDI accuracy. Determine Salary Base for Contributions. 25% Handle visits, procedures, and requests from all government agencies. Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Federal Labor Law regulations to promptly address government agency requests and avoid fines. Understand procedures for employer registry setup and cancellation, clarification of requests, certification of affiliation movements, and social security numbers.
