At **Vimaq**, a company belonging to Grupo Vimar and specializing in lifting services, transportation, and generator equipment, we are looking to add a **Human Resources Coordinator** to our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions (HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or Human Capital Specialist) * Experience in construction, transportation, machinery, or industrial service companies (preferred) * Experience managing operational staff (operators, mechanics, riggers, etc.) **Experience in:** * Operational and administrative recruitment * Attendance and incident tracking (attendance records, overtime, payroll) * Labor relations * Implementation of policies and processes * Organizational climate and talent retention * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Proficiency with psychometric platforms and human capital systems * Experience with control systems (SIC, ERP, AppSheet, or others) preferred **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs * Saturday, 9:00–13:00 hrs (monitoring) **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $17,160 * Statutory benefits from day one **Location:** * Miguel Hidalgo borough, CDMX (near Horacio metro station) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17,160.00 per month Application Question(s): * What was your most recent gross monthly salary? * How long does your commute take from your residence to Work Lomas (as shown on Maps)? * What activities have you performed as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist?
