Support for onboarding events and documentation control We are looking for a strategic, dynamic individual with a keen eye for identifying top talent. EXPERIENCE: 1 year in administrative functions, handling recruitment sources and personnel, file compilation, etc. EDUCATION: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field. ACCUSTOMED TO WORKING UNDER PRESSURE. SENSE OF URGENCY TIME AVAILABILITY EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Post job openings across various recruitment channels according to the pre-reviewed and approved position profile. (Flyer distribution, loudspeaker announcements, online postings) \-Receive and screen candidate profiles according to requisition, and schedule in-person interviews. \-Administer psychometric and toxicology tests to scheduled candidates (coordinate driving tests with instructors for Operators). \-Monitor and verify that operators' licenses remain valid. \-Support various company onboarding events and social service programs. \-Prepare weekly and monthly reports. \-Uniform inventory control and tracking. \-Personnel document tracking and updating. Preference for candidates who hold a driver’s license; working hours from Monday to Saturday.
