Support in workplace climate activities We are a rapidly growing last-mile logistics company seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** Location: Av. Ejército Nacional, Col. Granada, Miguel Hidalgo Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 (1 day off). REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources (logistics experience preferred) * Skills in customer service, follow-up, recruitment, and communication * Knowledge of recruitment and selection for operational and mid-level positions, pre-payroll processing RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruitment and selection: Job posting, candidate screening, interviews, candidate follow-up, ability to work according to KPIs * Personnel administration: Credential management, file management, employee onboarding tracking, support in incident management (pre-payroll) for staff * Onboarding: Follow-up with newly hired employees, customer service * DO: Support in workplace climate activities and action plans WE OFFER * Competitive salary ranging from $14,000 to $16,000 gross per month, commensurate with experience * Hybrid work model: Remote and on-site * Statutory benefits from day one * Additional benefits Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00–$14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: Hybrid remote work in Polanco, CDMX
