**COSEP Human Capital Management is seeking a HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR in Morelia, Michoacán de Ocampo** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We offer: Monthly gross salary of $16,000, statutory benefits, life insurance, monthly food allowance, savings fund. Work location: Morelia Sanitary Landfill. Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience as a heavy equipment operator **(bulldozer, excavator, crawler front-end loader, waste compactor)**. Knowledge of performing daily inspections on assigned equipment (oil levels, fuel, hydraulic system, coolant). Completed primary education (minimum). Class B driver’s license. Compliance with safety measures and applicable regulations. Availability to rotate shifts (ability to adapt to any 8-hour daily schedule). Responsibilities: Track operating hours and fuel consumption of assigned equipment (completion of route sheet). Perform tasks such as waste formation, spreading, leveling, and compaction in the final disposal area. Assist in constructing and maintaining access roads, ditches, slopes, and platforms within the sanitary landfill. Promptly report malfunctions, defects, or required maintenance for equipment.
