




Job Summary: GL Expert is the primary point of contact for Uber partners, managing in-person interactions, driving sales, and providing app support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages in-person interactions and customer service inquiries. 2. Generates sales leads and facilitates driver onboarding. 3. Resolves issues efficiently and adapts to new technologies. **About the Role** GL (Greenlight) Experts are typically the main point of contact between our partner collaborators and Uber. An Expert's duties and responsibilities include: managing in-person interactions and customer service inquiries; generating sales leads that convert into new customers by educating them about our activation process; conducting informational sessions on using and managing the app for both Eats and Rides; and identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. **What You'll Do*** Engage with the public through in-person support interactions and proactive outreach—both for new and existing users (assisting with registration and platform understanding, resolving potential issues, training partners, and acting as a consultant). * Facilitate driver onboarding and communicate the value proposition of driving with Uber. * Follow escalation procedures and share customer insights with leadership through appropriate channels during one-on-one (1:1\) and weekly meetings. * Stay up-to-date on Uber policies and processes by reviewing daily emails and Splash updates. **What You Need*** **In-person customer service experience.** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Customer service skills. * Quick and efficient problem-solving abilities. * Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and changes. * Daily self-motivation and willingness to co-create processes with leadership. * Basic computer literacy. **Preferred Qualifications*** Basic English knowledge (desirable). * Patience and enjoyment of helping and empowering others. * Active listening to understand partner collaborators’ needs and resolve them efficiently.
