A well-established company in the industrial maintenance sector is seeking a **General Maintenance and Finishing Specialist** to join our team. If you have experience performing maintenance in restaurants, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for general maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, ensuring optimal operation. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure facilities remain in excellent condition. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and document any significant changes or repairs. * Fulfill weekend shifts according to the established schedule. * Keep facilities in optimal condition. * Practical experience in maintaining and repairing refrigeration and freezing systems, fryers, salamanders, and other kitchen machinery. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of principles and practices of preventive and corrective general maintenance, painting, plumbing, metalwork, electricity, etc. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues with the aforementioned equipment. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Commitment to the highest standards of quality and workplace safety. * Certifications or licenses relevant to industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **Personal Skills:** * Problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, especially during restaurant peak hours. * Ability to work independently. * Attention to detail. * Collaboration. **Requirements:** * Age between 20 and 50 years. * Technological High School Diploma / Technical Degree in electricity, refrigeration, maintenance, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience with **pumping equipment, electrical systems, electrical installations, hot lines, emergency power plants, and general maintenance.** * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, plus weekend shifts as scheduled. * Certifications or licenses relevant to industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **We Offer:** * Net salary of $12,000 (based on your experience). * Statutory benefits. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
