This position is ideal for those wishing to learn and grow in the swimming pool industry. Main Responsibilities: * **Site Preparation:** Assist with excavation tasks, and loading/unloading of materials (cement, rebar, tiles, piping). * **Technical Support:** Assist masons and plumbers in assembling steel structures, mixing concrete, and laying hydraulic piping. * **Site Maintenance:** Keep the construction site clean, organized, and safe to prevent accidents. * **Finishing Work:** Assist in applying swimming pool surface coatings. * **Tool Usage:** Basic operation of hand and power tools (drills, cutters, shovels, wheelbarrows). **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Preferred in general construction or plumbing (if you lack experience, we will train you — provided you have the willingness to learn!). * **Physical Condition:** Ability to perform strenuous outdoor physical labor and lift heavy loads. * **Attitude:** Punctuality, honesty, and ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision. * **Availability:** Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday. **We Offer:** * Competitive weekly salary (based on skills). * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities (to develop and master a trade). * Safety equipment and uniforms. * A friendly and collaborative work environment.
