Fire Protection Systems Engineer and/or Technician.

Description

**Purpose of the Position.** **Responsible for maintenance activities with technical and practical knowledge in maintenance and supervision** of assigned projects, ensuring maximum quality and compliance with current standards. **Requirements:** Ø University-level Mechanical Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer or Senior Technician. Ø Age: 30 to 45 years. Ø Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Ø Flexible working hours. Ø Proactive. Ø Decision-making ability. **Knowledge:** Ø Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems (electric pumps, diesel pumps, control panels). Ø Detection systems. Ø Clean agent and CO2 fire suppression systems. Ø Kitchen fire extinguishing systems (Ansul, Kidde, Bukeye, etc.). Ø Interpretation of DTIs and electrical diagrams. Ø Working at heights. Ø Working in confined spaces. Ø Knowledge of 5S methodology. Ø Welding and cutting operations. Ø General knowledge of electromechanical installations. **Activities** Ø Design development for assigned projects. Ø Supervise maintenance by applying technical and practical knowledge. Ø Creation of structural, architectural, and installation drawings. Ø Conduct general physical surveys for equipment installation. Ø Prepare quotations. Ø Supervise construction work. Ø Prepare reports. Ø Deliver Quality Dossier. **Requirements** Ø Knowledge of NFPA and FM Global standards. Ø Revit. Ø AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Ø Office suite. Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
