EMPLOYMENT CALL: Familiar Driver / Family Driver (Full-Time) We are ARW Solutions. We are seeking an experienced, highly responsible **Familiar Driver**, with an impeccable driving record, to provide private and secure transportation services to \[Family/Staff] in CDMX. **Discretion** and **punctuality** are essential for this position of trust. Location and Employment Conditions * **Primary Location:** CDMX. * **Employment Modality:** Full-time * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to start early and finish late according to schedule. **Total schedule flexibility** and **availability for occasional travel** are **required**. * **Contract:** Indefinite-term after probation period * Statutory benefits Responsibilities: The Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of the \[Executive/Family/Individual], as well as the comprehensive maintenance of assigned vehicles. * **Executive and Personal Transportation:** Transport the \[Family/Staff] to appointments, meetings, events, and personal activities, always ensuring **punctuality** and **safety**. * **Route Planning:** Optimize routes using navigation tools (GPS, Waze, Google Maps) to avoid traffic and arrive on time, anticipating possible delays. * **Vehicle Maintenance:** Keep assigned high-end vehicles in perfect condition regarding **cleanliness** (interior and exterior) and **functionality**. Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance services, and manage fuel supply. * **Discretion and Confidentiality:** Handle all information related to the \[employer/family]’s schedule, destinations, and private matters with **maximum discretion** and professionalism. * **Safety and Protocol:** Apply road safety protocols at all times. Remain alert to potential risks and respond calmly and efficiently in emergency or unexpected situations. * **Additional Assistance:** Perform ad-hoc tasks such as document delivery, package pickup, or any other request related to mobility and logistics. Essential Requirements * **Driver’s License:** Valid driver’s license, type: A, B, etc. * **Residence must be within a maximum of 30 minutes from Taxqueña Metro Station.** * **Experience:** Minimum of **\[1\-2] years of verifiable experience**. * **Trailer operation is desirable** * **Driving Record:** **Impeccable driving record** (certificate or violation report will be requested). * **Knowledge:** Thorough knowledge of CDMX and State of Mexico, including their metropolitan area, as well as advanced use of navigation applications. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent **punctuality**, **discretion**, **honesty**, **professional appearance**, and courteous demeanor. * **References:** Verifiable **letters of recommendation** from previous positions as a Driver are mandatory. Positive Consideration: Basic knowledge of **automotive mechanics** for first-level inspection and maintenance.
