Job Summary: Operate and control extrusion machines to manufacture plastic film, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and control plastic film extrusion machines. 2. Adjust and continuously monitor the extrusion process. 3. Verify the quality of the final product. **General Description:** Operate and control extrusion machines for plastic film manufacturing, ensuring final product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with safety and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** \- Prepare and adjust the extrusion machine (temperature, speed, pressure). \- Load raw materials into the hopper. \- Monitor the extrusion process and make adjustments during operation as necessary. \- Verify product quality. \- Comply with the 5S standards in the area. And other duties. **Job Requirements** \- Education: Completed high school (optional depending on experience). \- Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in plastic film extrusion processes. **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of the extrusion process (operating parameters, product quality, temperatures, gauges, pyrometers, thermocouples, etc.), basic mathematics knowledge (primarily percentages). Rotating work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,500\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
