




Summary: This role involves developing, modifying, verifying, and maintaining production processes for sealing strips, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and optimizing manufacturing flows. Highlights: 1. Participate in new product process development and optimization. 2. Solve process-related problems and improve production efficiency. 3. Contribute to VAVE projects and system implementations. To ensure the smooth implementation of processes during production, participate in new product process development, process modification, process verification, and maintenance of normal product production processes. Handle equipment and process issues for new projects. Analyze manpower requirements, equipment capacity, space utilization, and reasonable process flows, and propose optimization points for product design. Assist process engineers in resolving issues in mass production projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance): 1\. Participate in the process development, process setting, verification, equipment installation and commissioning of new sealing strip projects; product sample debugging and delivery; responsible for the creation and issuance of flow charts, PFMEAs, and other documents; 2\. Debug and produce samples during the launch phase of new projects; analyze the causes of defective products and failed inspection parts; maintain good communication and cooperation with headquarters personnel to promote improvement; 3\. Maintain the daily production line for EPDM/TPV sealing strip extrusion; optimize and improve the extrusion operation process; solve process\-related problems in production; propose tooling and die optimization suggestions; upgrade and modify equipment and debug processes; transfer products to the production line for trial production; and optimize line speed. 4\. Participate in and coordinate the VAVE project commissioning to achieve VAVE project goals. 5\. Cooperate with the company's system engineers to complete the system and QSB implementation work. 6\. Supervise, train, and guide the process operations of direct workers, and guide and arrange the work of process engineers. 7\. Complete other work tasks assigned by the company and department.
