Accounting Executive

At Zinergia, we are a group of companies composed of professional individuals aligned with our corporate mission and vision; their commitment is the driving force that propels our continued growth within the freight transportation industry Responsibilities: * Review cash flow information * Set up customer, debtor, supplier, and creditor accounting accounts in the chart of accounts * Mass-upload journal entries into the accounting system * Reconcile accounting accounts from the trial balance with reports from various departments and areas * Prepare reconciliations of related-party balances * Record journal entries for fixed assets, reclassifications between accounting accounts, and write-offs of accounting balances * Accrue federal and state taxes as well as labor contributions * Deliver the trial balance * Complete and submit state tax returns (3% S/N) * Coordinate with internal auditors and address audit observations Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Completed degree in Public Accounting * No restrictions on relocation We are located in San Nicolás de los Garza, just 7 minutes from the Metropolitano Hospital Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM (HOME OFFICE) Monthly salary: $16,000 to $18,000; paid weekly every Friday via Banorte payroll, including $269 in meal vouchers integrated into the salary Statutory benefits: 100% IMSS coverage from day one, 25% vacation bonus, 15-day Christmas bonus, vacation days per the Federal Labor Law (LFT), and opportunities for career advancement Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
