Support at sales counter and customer service **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to local routes using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone to ensure daily route coverage for HUB deliveries, fulfilling merchandise deliveries to commercial customers, guaranteeing adherence to pickup timelines, timely merchandise delivery, and compliance with established policies for use of the assigned vehicle, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise to commercial customers on local routes, meeting delivery deadlines promptly through operation of the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Provide support at the sales counter within the commercial program module by assisting walk-in or telephone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report and follow up on vehicle incidents with the Commercial Manager. Process cash payments against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education * One or two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle * Valid driver’s license * Must be over 21 years of age * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
