Job Summary: We are seeking a Draftsperson to join our team, responsible for developing and monitoring architectural and spatial projects—from surveying through post-delivery support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop spatial and architectural projects using AutoCAD. 2. Conduct surveys, draft blueprints, and design graphics and 3D models. 3. Monitor construction progress and provide post-delivery support. Join our team as a Draftsperson! Requirements: * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Construction project management * Unit pricing * Construction techniques and processes * Development of spatial and architectural projects Responsibilities: * Conduct simple surveys * Draft execution-phase blueprints (architectural, hydraulic/sanitary installations, electrical installations, finishes, specifications, etc.) * Design graphics, 3D models, sketches, diagrams, and executive presentations * Generate image packages and file libraries * Monitor construction progress and prepare weekly reports (logbook) * Provide post-delivery support for latent defects or extraordinary needs * Support activities as directed by the immediate supervisor to add value to team operations.
