Position Summary: Transportes Irma is seeking a Diesel Mechanical Workshop Manager to coordinate services, perform maintenance, and optimize processes within the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of maintenance workshop services 2. Execution of corrective and preventive maintenance 3. Optimization of maintenance timeframes and report control **Transportes Irma** invites you to join its team as: ***DIESEL MECHANICAL WORKSHOP MANAGER*** **R E Q U I R E M E N T S** * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum experience: 5 years as a workshop coordinator. * Minimum age: 35 years. * Availability for highway roadside assistance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of diesel mechanics, engines, and powertrain systems. **R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. * Coordinate and supervise services carried out in the maintenance workshop. * Monitor failure reports and service orders for each vehicle. * Plan and manage work distribution within the workshop. * Maintain up-to-date maintenance records. * Optimize maintenance timeframes. * Inspect vehicles prior to delivery. * Keep the work area clean and organized. **S K I L L S** * Analytical ability. * Planning and organization. * Process monitoring. * Negotiation skills. * Conflict resolution. * Ability to work under pressure. **B E N E F I T S** * Competitive salary. * Job stability.
