Transport the merchandise previously assigned, follow planned routes to meet delivery schedules according to the sales area's order distribution needs, as well as assist in company purchases · Ensure that the documentation required by authorities for carrying out their activities is up to date. · Drive their vehicle respecting the traffic regulations of the jurisdiction where they operate. · Assist in minor purchases, customer collections, procedures at government offices and banking institutions, and office tasks as required. · Organize their route and time to support other departments. · Notify the relevant departments when it is not possible to carry out any assigned task. · Unload and deliver purchased items to various departments. · Perform a checklist (verification list) before starting the route. · Verify that everything is in order for the vehicle's operation (circulation card, registration, insurance, no-circulation day compliance). · Carry out, implement, and follow up on corrective actions and improvement opportunities. · Do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. · Carry out daily delivery of goods to customers as assigned by the area supervisor. · Deliver the requested goods at the times and locations designated by each customer. · \- Deliver daily to the area supervisor copies or originals of invoices showing customer receipt of goods. · Report to the sales department any shortages or overages of goods within 24 hours at the latest. · Drive carefully, respecting traffic regulations. · Keep their work vehicle in optimal working condition. · Use appropriate protective equipment to perform their duties. · Ensure their vehicle complies with all obligations established by authorities.
