Promotes originality and equal opportunities Delivery Driver **Requirements** Work Location: Santa Catarina Education: Completed elementary to junior high school. Experience: 1 year of experience in similar positions. Operation of 3½-ton vehicles; loading and unloading of products. Valid Class C driver's license. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; fixed day off on Sunday. **Job Objective** Receipt and delivery of products to all customers along the assigned route, enhancing customer service efficiency and service experience. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for safeguarding products and documents assigned to the route. * Responsible for safe and proper vehicle handling practices. * Maintenance of the assigned vehicle and tools. * Compliance with BPMS (including personal appearance). * Reporting of incidents occurring during the route. * Efficient use of fuel allocated to the delivery vehicle. * Reporting any anomalies in the vehicle. * Adherence to traffic laws, regulations, and road signage. * Execution of settlement procedures. * Execution of customer delivery procedures. * Execution of return procedures. * Proper use of the dynamic routing tool. * Completion of institutional road safety certification, until approved. * Responsibility for training and physical well-being of the delivery assistant.
