At KAVAK, **we work intelligently and purposefully**: **Work Smart & Make Kavak Happen.** We believe in uncovering each person's superpower and maximizing it. **️ What will you do in this role?** * Advise customers on purchasing and selling vehicles. * Ensure vehicle deliveries provide an exceptional customer experience. * Explain financing plans and analyze credit profiles. * Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring all documents, authorizations, and vehicle conditions are complete and in order before delivery. * Coordinate necessary logistics to fulfill warranty-related commitments. * Provide post-sales support and satisfaction follow-up. * Collaborate with internal departments such as workshop, credit, and customer service. * Maintain effective communication with internal teams (logistics, service, sales) to ensure timely, seamless deliveries. **What are we looking for?** * Completed high school education. * +3 years of experience in sales or in-person customer service. * Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle-related procedures (desirable). * Valid driver's license and ability to operate both transmission types (a plus). * Skills in negotiation, empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication. * Flexible availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Sunday (one weekday day off). **What do we offer?** * Salary: $12,000.00 MXN * $1,056 in meal vouchers * Statutory benefits * Vacation days exceeding legal requirements * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Discounts on Kavak products * Partnerships with other brands * And more benefits designed for you This role is key to KAVAK's growth during this stage of innovation, consolidation, and expansion.
