Attention to detail and analytical skills. **Vacancy Name** Cycle Counter **Location of Work** Tijuana, Mexico **Employment Type** Full Time Employee **Job Description** . ### **Job Objective** Ensure the accuracy of physical and system inventory through the execution of cycle counts, variance analysis, and discrepancy follow-up, thereby contributing to the reliability of inventory information. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Perform inventory cycle counts according to the established schedule. * Compare physical inventory against system (ERP) records. * Identify, investigate, and document inventory discrepancies. * Generate variance and count result reports. * Follow up on inventory adjustments per internal policies. * Collaborate with warehouse, production, and finance departments to resolve discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls. * Support internal and external audits related to inventory. * Maintain order and proper material labeling during counting. ### **Job Requirements** * Education: Completed high school / Technical diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree (Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of experience in cycle counts or inventory control. * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar). * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Attention to detail and analytical skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet counting deadlines.
