Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Analyze, validate, and process invoices according to established policies and procedures, contributing to the company’s payment commitment compliance and aligned with current governmental requirements to provide operational and financial visibility to the customer, as well as propose participation in service and user/ supplier engagement improvement projects. **Your Impact** As a Control \& Reporting Associate Analyst, your responsibilities would include: Validating and recording invoices and credit notes issued by third parties or internally. Analyzing and executing reconciliations. Compiling, analyzing, and communicating reports on figure reasonableness, risk identification, and aging of balances. Requesting and modifying document maintenance in SAP (e.g., modifications, blocks, cancellations, etc.). Contacting users and suppliers regarding invoice and payment record matters. Compiling, analyzing, and communicating reports on figure reasonableness, risk identification, and aging of balances. Advising and providing information to internal users on current departmental policies and procedures. Advising and following up on matters related to suppliers and internal users. Analyzing and providing information on the aging of transient liabilities to correct data for payment or cleanup. Preparing and presenting information and reports for external and internal use in support of audit requirements. Verifying and reviewing tax requirements for invoices and credit notes to comply with internal controls and established tax regulations. Actively collaborating to foster strong relationships and teamwork. Executing and monitoring the quality of recordkeeping. Participating in Accounts Payable (AP) process projects and improvements. Reviewing purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts (GRs) to resolve discrepancies with internal departments. Reviewing, validating, and updating balances recorded in liabilities, ensuring only actual and current obligations remain. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. **Experience** 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Knowledge of Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) processes, (EXCEL, ERP SAP).
