We are currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician (Querétaro)** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Systems or related field) (Preferably graduated) * Experience as an Engineer in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony, On-site or Field Technical Support with experience in MW and GPON * 2 years of experience * **MUST KNOW HOW TO RIDE A MOTORCYCLE** * **MUST OWN A MOTORCYCLE AND A COMPUTER** **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot layer 3, layer 2, and voice-related issues * Address issues involving HSUs or ONTs * Replace components * Operate operating systems * Customer service * Problem resolution (networks) * Field work **We Offer:** * Net salary from $12,000 to $15,000 per month * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday half-day * Gasoline allowance Position type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Application questions: * Do you have a motorcycle driver's license? * Do you have your own motorcycle?
