**Executive and Logistics Support Driver** **About the Position** We are seeking a responsible, organized individual with a strong service-oriented attitude to join our team as an **Executive and Logistics Support Driver**. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the safe transportation of senior management, maintaining our vehicle fleet in optimal condition, and providing valuable operational and administrative support. If you are proactive, punctual, and motivated by teamwork, this opportunity is for you! **What We Offer** * **Fixed Base Salary:** $9,582.00 MXN per month. * **Monthly Bonus:** $1,000.00 MXN. * **Fuel Allowance:** Gasoline reimbursement calculated based on your motorcycle’s fuel efficiency and kilometers traveled. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. **Key Responsibilities** * **Transportation:** Safe and timely driving of executives to appointments, meetings, and events. * **Vehicle Management:** Care, monitoring, and tracking of preventive/corrective vehicle services and maintenance. * **Logistics and Event Support:** Loading, unloading, setup, and teardown of materials for institutional events. * **Courier and Delivery Services:** Execution of assigned operational deliveries and logistics support tasks. * **Basic Administration:** Quoting supplies or services, preparing price comparisons, and assisting with general logistics coordination. **Essential Requirements** * **Valid Driver’s License:** For both automobiles and motorcycles (Categories A and B, or federal license as applicable). * **Personal Vehicle:** Ownership of a motorcycle for local operational transportation. * **Knowledge:** Basic mechanics (essential for diagnosing and preventing mechanical failures). * **Schedule Flexibility.** * **Prior Experience:** Experience as an executive driver, delivery driver, or in logistics roles (highly preferred). **Desired Competencies** * High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity. * Strong organizational and planning skills, with a pronounced sense of urgency. * Excellent service attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in teams. * Problem-solving capability when facing unexpected route or logistics issues. **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** $10,582.00 MXN per month (including bonus) Salary Range: $9,582.00 – $111,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discounts * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
