This role demands strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and passion for creating mutually beneficial partnerships. Your Responsibilities Alliance Development Identify, recruit, and onboard MSPs, VARs, and technology alliance partners aligned with business objectives. Develop tailored engagement strategies for each partner type. Drive referrals, qualified leads, and a qualified pipeline from strategic partners. Partner Management Lead the onboarding process to ensure partners launch quickly and begin selling promptly. Provide training and enablement resources so partners can effectively represent Time Doctor. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, proactively addressing issues. Accelerate time-to-first-sale and overall partner ramp-up. Conduct periodic performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to drive growth. Review and qualify partner applications—either independently or jointly with the Partner Marketing Manager—to ensure suitability for the program. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners. Collaborate with partners to identify joint business opportunities and execute go-to-market initiatives. Revenue Growth Drive revenue growth through joint sales and marketing activities with partners. Track and analyze KPIs to measure alliance success. Set and achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets in collaboration with sales leadership. Internal Team Collaboration Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align alliance activities with business objectives. Share partner insights and feedback with internal teams. Contract Negotiation and Management Lead contractual negotiations with partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Analyze markets to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities. What We’re Looking For More than 4 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or related roles. Proven success in generating revenue through strategic alliances. Experience in the SaaS or technology industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
