The **Category Coordinator** actively participates in the design, development, and execution of category and shopper strategy, closely collaborating to connect brand positioning with channel realities, consumer behavior, and commercial execution. This role contributes both to strategic framework development and tactical implementation, ensuring alignment among Marketing, Trade, Sales, and other teams to drive profitable growth and in-store differentiation. Additionally, the role serves as a reference point for insight and trend analysis, proposing improvements and business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in defining and updating the category architecture by channel and customer type, contributing ideas and analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Translate brand strategy into channel-specific action plans, ensuring correct implementation and proposing adjustments based on results and learnings. * Develop and adapt commercial execution frameworks (Perfect Store, visibility, assortment, promotions) jointly with the manager, and lead their field deployment. * Create and update toolkits and playbooks for Trade Marketing, Go\-To\-Market, and Sales, ensuring they are practical and aligned with strategy. * Analyze shopper, competitor, and market trend data, generating strategic insights and recommendations for the manager and team. * Participate in planning and coordinating new product launches (NPIs), ensuring relevance and correct execution across defined channels. * Monitor field execution quality, evaluating results and proposing continuous improvements. * Facilitate communication and alignment among Marketing, Trade, Sales, and other teams, promoting collaboration and a shopper-focused strategic approach. * Represent category and shopper perspectives in commercial forums and planning processes, contributing strategic and operational insights. * Stay updated on channel trends and shopper needs, anticipating growth opportunities and proposing strategic initiatives. **Why YOU?** **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field * EMBA or MBA or postgraduate studies in business disciplines preferred * 5+ years of experience in strategic roles within Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Category Management * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency * Advanced English proficiency * Experience developing commercial execution frameworks and leading * product launches. * Proven track record collaborating with Marketing, Trade, and Sales to activate brand strategy across channels. * **Analytical and Strategic Skills:** Strategic thinking with ability to analyze financial KPIs, commercial data, market trends, and shopper insights to drive growth. * **Commercial and Omnichannel Experience:** Strong expertise in commercial skills, negotiation, trade marketing, category management, and omnichannel execution. * **Digital and eCommerce Proficiency:** Knowledge of dComm, e-commerce platforms, digital retail media, and online merchandising. * **Stakeholder Management and Work Style:** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working in agile, fast-paced, autonomous environments. **Do you feel this could be your next career step?
