BAUM – Carpentry Industry **Specialists in manufacturing doors, closets, vanities, and kitchens for real estate developments** At **BAUM**, we are growing and seeking a committed, organized, and quality-project-driven **Site Supervisor** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and update the site logbook. * Verify timelines, processes, and completed tasks. * Prepare weekly estimates. * Supervise installation progress. * Conduct site closings and validate proper completion of work. * Send the daily agenda. * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Manage payroll and pre\-payroll (timely and correct submission). * Coordinate release of contracted deliverables via client-signed delivery certificates. **Requirements** * Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Flexible availability. * Service-oriented attitude with a results focus. * Organized and responsible individual. * **Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán.** **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Additional company-provided benefits. * Direct contract with the company. * **Net monthly salary of $15,000 to $17,000** (paid biweekly). * **You do not work on your birthday!** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday: half-day). **Location** Carretera a Parque Industrial del Sureste, Tablaje 18948, Col.
