Weekly salary of **$13,500** Attractive commission scheme Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, and thirteenth-month bonus) Profit-sharing In-store discounts Savings fund (optional) Payroll-based loans after 6 months of employment Job stability and growth opportunities Candidate profile we seek * Age 30–45 years old * Completed high school or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager * Preferred experience in automotive, motorcycles, bicycles, or spare parts industries * Team management and supervision experience * Sales focus and goal achievement orientation * Knowledge of inventory management, cash register closing procedures, and cash audits * Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills * ERP or administrative systems knowledge preferred (SAP, SAE, iRetail, etc.) Key responsibilities * Branch opening and closing * Staff supervision and coordination * Verification of merchandise receipt * Sales tracking and performance indicator monitoring * Customer service and support * Cash collection, cash audits, and register closing * Branch operational and administrative control *The duties listed above are illustrative and not exhaustive.* If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV or apply through this channel.
