Proficiency in Office, Outlook, Google, and project management apps A prominent real estate company is seeking a **Post-Sales Assistant**. **Objective**: To provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact, enhance internal processes, and achieve faster response times and more effective follow-ups for departmental requests, property handovers, and warranty handling. **Skills:** * Exceptional customer service and attention * Proactive attitude * Positive mindset and active listening skills * Detail-oriented * Goal-driven and able to work under pressure * Assertive communication * Professional appearance (representing the company’s image) * Crisis management **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as the first point of contact for customers * Monitor calendars, schedules, and agendas * Support documentation management, including formats, files, department reception records, and warranty handling—ensuring organization, presentation, and completeness * Assist in generating and tracking checklists * Support appraisal site visits * Assist in property handovers and warranty handling * Prepare administrative reports * Coordinate work crews for department preparation and V.O. * Manage materials for supplies and inventory * Provide accurate and basic information in person, by phone, or via email regarding details, follow-ups, status, reception, and applicable warranties for departments * Organize administrative staff * Create and maintain up-to-date client files * Other duties related to the position **Minimum Required Knowledge** * Exceptional customer service and attention * Proficiency in Office, Outlook, and Google * Project management apps and software * Strong verbal communication and articulation skills * Knowledge of finishes and installations **Academic Qualification**: University degree **Compensation Package** Net salary: $ 13,000\.00 Standard statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone Work location: On-site employment
