Lead, execute, and support a broad range of project activities throughout the technical phases of awarded programs. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional team members at both divisional and global levels, as well as regular interaction with OEMs, internal support functions, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers.* Creating / Validating Product Design for Steering Wheel and Driver Airbag. * Working with the customer to negotiate styling vs. Autoliv standard design/processes. * Working with global team members to locally validate and launch global programs. * Balance between easy to manufacture and meeting customer needs. * Understanding customer specifications and ensuring product is designed/validated accordingly. * Driving the design to meet 1P1P expectations.
