It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Job Responsibilities (main functions, tasks, and authorities):** * Material handling. * Receive production material requisitions and proceed to location(s). * Verify material location. * Count boxes to ensure the required quantity is correct. * When removing boxes from a location, the remaining material must be reorganized in a clean and orderly manner. * Note: Quantities removed on the material requisition and/or transactions must be entered immediately into the scanner (handheld controller) to update inventory. * Cycle counts and discrepancy resolution. * Receipt of raw materials and MRO items. * Receipt from local suppliers. * Deliver materials to the transfer area. * Initial, date (and time, if applicable) on material requisitions or transaction records. * Mandatory adherence to general and safety procedures applicable to the position. * Ensure compliance with BASC/CTPAT requirements. * Assign material to production as required. **Education and Experience:** * Completed secondary school certificate. * Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar position (demonstrable in the job application). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficient in basic MS Office software (assessed according to the current interview format during the interview). * Material handling.
